Best of the Best Week 16 Part 2

Alright, now it's time for Part 2. This time, we'll be going over tight ends, defenses, and kickers. Let's get started:

1. Tight End: Brent Celek (Eagles), and Jason Witten (Cowboys). These two guys will have the best games this week, and ironically, will play each other. Brent Celek had a phenomenal game last week against the Jets and looks to continue his play this week in a very important game. Jason Witten has always been a great player this season, but these guys could be the difference in this game. Whichever team can shut these tight ends down, I believe, will win the game. As for the Redskins, I don't think that their other tight ends can step it up after losing Davis. And the Jake Ballard for the Giants is not looking good this week with a bad knee sprain.... So neither of these teams look as though they will have a good tight end on Saturday.

2. Defense: Redskins and Giants. This week, I don't like the Eagles or the Cowboys defense because, they play against each other. In my opinion, this game will be a very high scoring affair. I mean, you've got Tony Romo on one side, and you have Vick and McCoy on the other side. How many defenses can stop them? This Redskins defense, on the other hand, surprised everyone with their dominant performance against the Giants last week, an they should be able to do it again against the Vikings, as long as they stop Adrian Peterson. But I really think this defense will come out inspired from their performance last week. Now, as for the Giants, they have not looked good all year. This Redskins game they just played, they gave up 7 3rd down conversions..... That's incredibly bad! But, keep in mind that you are playing Sanchez. If the Giants' front 4 can put pressure on Sanchez, he could have a horrible game. And I believe that the Giants will do that. In my opinion, this will be a low to middle-scoring game, so I look for the Giants' defense to play fairly well.

3. Kicker: Lawrence Tynes (Giants). This Giants-Jets game is the only game that I don't see being a high scoring affair. When the Giants play this good Jets defense, their not going to score touchdowns every time.... So look for Tynes to boot some nice field goals through the uprights. The Redskins will likely score touchdowns, or won't score at all in their Vikings game. The Cowboys and Eagles will score touchdowns almost every time they have the ball. So I like Tynes a lot in this Jets game, and could potentially kick the game winning field goal.

Well, that's it for Week 16. I hope you liked it, and hopefully you agreed with my picks, since I didn't have any suggestions for positions. Tomorrow, I will have a few more stories, as well as my picks for all 3 Saturday games. See you tomorrow!
